职位描述

工作职责:

1. 建立和完善公司的招聘标准操作流程和招聘体系,并在执行过程中根据业务需要进行调整;
2. 根据业务的需要从外部或者内部推荐候选人;
3.统筹并推进不同招聘项目的开展,如校园招聘项目, 在线招聘系统项目, 年度人头预算项目等;
4. 开展市场调查,拓展、管理和评估招聘渠道, 在全国范围内建立并维护竞争对手信息数据库;
5. 统筹全国范围内的校园数据库的建立和完善并逐步推行;
6. 管理招聘职能:不断提高招聘人员的素质,通过创新和成本有效的方式满足招聘要求;
7. 对招聘人员进行招聘政策、流程及面试技巧方面进行培训;
8. 参与人才发展项目评估,并进行后续的跟踪反馈,如人才评估计划、高潜力人才项目等;

1.Establish and improve the company's recruitment standard operating procedure and hiring system, and in the process of implementation according to business needs to be adjusted.
2.Supply human resources according to business needs from internal and/or external candidates.
3.To co-ordinate and promote different recruitment projects, such as campus recruitment project, online recruitment system project, the annual headcount budget project etc.
4.Conduct market research, development, management and evaluation of recruitment channels, across the country to establish and maintain information database of competitors.
5.Across the country as a whole campus database set up and perfect, and gradually introduced.
6.Professionally manage the recruitment function to continuously improve the quality of staff, to meet the resourcing requirements through innovative and cost effective manner.
7. Conduct training to line managers on hiring procedure and interview skill.
8. Participate in evaluation of talent development projects, and for subsequent tracking feedback, such as talent assessment plan, high potential talent project, etc.

任职资格:
1. 本科及以上学历
2. 5年以上相关工作经验,2年以上人才管理经验
3. 熟悉各种招聘渠道和工具,有推动校园招聘项目经验者优先
4. 良好的英语口语和写作能力
5. 良好的计划、分析和沟通能力,较强的团队精神和执行力

1.Bachelor degree or above.
2.Min 5 years relevant hands on experience in recruiting;Min 2 years talent management experience.
3.Demonstrated expertise in staffing, familiar with all recruiting channels and tools. Experienced in driving campus recruiting project is a plus.
4.Good command of English both in speaking and writing.
5.Excellent planning, analysis, communication skills, Strong team spirit and executive force.
