职位描述
Mission:
Clamping parts and operate the CNC machine according to work instructions to guarantee the process result with good quality and high efficiency. Support the machine maintained with the equipment engineer and make sure the machine well maintained.
Responsibilities:
- Clamping parts and operate CNC machine according to work instruction with good quality and high efficiency Dynamic maintenance of CNC machine;
- Filling the DHR or production record documents as required in work instruction;
- Do the daily maintaince and support the machine maintaince/repair with equipment engineer to make sure the machine in good status;
- Ensure the EHS/SPS requirement are well executed in daily work;
- Keep good 5S in the daily operation;
- Escalate the production troubles to supervisor or engineers, support the troubleshooting;
- Support the prototyping process, do the related work with the requirement from PCE or R&D;
- Other tasks defined in TRAC CV Asia system and assigned by supervisors or managers.
Requirements:
- Over 5 years experience in machining process;
- High or technical school graduate;-- Intermediate knowledge of metal machining process, especially in CNC operation;
Location, Nan hui, Zhou Pu. There have more than 20 routes of shuttle buses.
