岗位职责：
1、负责制订集团营销战略，根据营销战略制订公司营销组合策略和营销计划并组织实施；
2、组织编制各下属公司市场推广、营销策划、公关活动、房地产销售、客户服务管理等制度；
3、定期对市场营销环境、目标、计划、业务活动进行核查分析，及时调整营销策略和计划，制订预防和纠正措施，确保完成营销目标和营销计划；
4、负责分解下达年度的工作目标和市场营销预算，并根据市场和公司实际情况及时调整和有效控制；
5、建立、拓展与客户、社会各界的关系，建立健全的客户关系管理体系；
6、对所辖部门员工的工作进行指导、监督、培训、考核与协调。
任职资格：
1、45岁以下，房产经营、市场营销、工民建、工程管理、工程造价、建筑等相关专业全日制大专以上学历；
2、十五年以上房产企业营销工作经验，五年以上房地产开发公司营销总监岗位工作经验；
3、丰富的市场营销策划经验，能够识别潜在的商业合作伙伴，熟谙房地产市场现状和发展趋势；
4、较强的市场策划、运作能力，熟悉各类媒体运作方式，有大型住宅项目市场推广成功经验；
5、较强的市场感知能力，能敏锐地把握市场动态，优秀的资源整合能力和业务推进能力；
6、较强的人际沟通、协调、组织能力及丰富的团队建设经验；
7、熟练运用WORD/EXCEL/PPT办公软件。
