岗位职责
组织制定区域项目营销方案，并负责对营销方案的审定。
组织制定区域项目的销售价格和销售指标并管理其过程和结果。
组织制定年度销售和推广计划、费用预算和资金回收计划
组织审核销售过程项目营销部门的阶段营销方案，依据市场环境的变化组织部门制定应变对策
监督和指导下属部门业务开展
负责组织市场调研，为区域投资拓展提供决策支持
负责组织产品定位，为开发项目的规划设计提供依据
负责组织收集市场行业信息，为集团制定开发战略提供市场信息。
负责向决策层汇报营销各项工作执行情况并听取意见和接受监督。
负责配合项目公司建立同客户、政府部门、银行、媒体等良好关系。

学历要求：全日制统招本科或以上 性别要求：男 语言要求：普通话 专业要求：不限 年龄要求：35-45 总工作年限：15年以上 任职资格的具体描述：

38—45岁
大学本科及以上
经济管理、市场营销、房地产相关相关专业优先考虑
10年以上大型商业地产营销管理经验，同等职位三年以上经验
有计划、组织、领导、控制等管理经验，有团队管理经验
精通国家和地方房地产法规
精通财务、人力资源、房地产管理方面的专业知识以及商业地产方面的行业知识
