岗位职责：

1、 参与制定项目设计计划及设计任务书；
2、 组织并推动项目方案设计及设计成果评审工作，把控设计方向，提出专业意见；
3、 组织并推动项目设计扩初及施工图设计，把控扩初及施工图设计质量；
4、 管理施工过程中设计变更的现场审核及建筑施工效果的品质控制；
5、 参与设计材料的选定及产品标准化工作，审核并控制项目成本；

任职要求：

1、 重点大学的建筑学专业本科以上学历，拥有国家一级注册建筑师执业资格和中高级职称者优先；
2、 五年以上知名房地产开发企业或知名设计院工作经验，独立主持过多个大中型项目设计，包括高档精装修住宅和综合性项目；
3、 掌握建筑、景观、室内设计等专业知识，熟悉项目从设计到施工的运作流程，了解工程预算、工程管理等相关知识及国家规范；
4、 较强的学习能力、创新能力和审美意识，有高端项目设计经验者优先；
5、 优秀的沟通协调和设计管理能力，工作态度认真负责，具有良好的合作精神。
