任职要求：
1、国籍不限，建筑学及相关专业本科及以上学历，具备优秀的设计及表现能力
2、十年以上专业工作经历，三年以上同等职位管理经历；5年以上大型综合项目全过程（规划、方案、扩初、施工图、施工配合）设计经验，担任过大型建筑工程设计项目负责人或建筑专业负责人，能独立承担大型项目的运作；
3、有较高的方案设计创作理念和较强的手稿设计能力，熟练掌握相关设计软件；
4、有对大型和复杂项目方案把控的能力和判断、定位能力，具有很强的技术指导、专业见解和审美能力；
5、熟悉国家及地方各项建筑设计及施工规范和相关法规；
6、熟悉本专业设计规范和相关设计标准；
7、有境外或国内境外设计公司工作经历者优先；
8、有良好的沟通协调组织能力和团队合作精神。

主要职责：
1、 组织运作项目前期调研，参与工程项目的规划定位，协助完成工程项目总体规划；
2、 设计指导、准备并绘制建筑设计图和效果图；
3、 组织完成项目建筑施工图设计，控制施工图设计质量与进度；
4、 协助规划项目方案，进行项目协调和指导，明确有关具体工程项目的信息指标，确保项目符合建筑设计计划书；
5、 参与项目的招、议标以及合同谈判等工作；
6、 检查进度汇报、图表或计算机设计，建立监督进度的程序；
7、 研究、了解和跟踪国内外同类建筑在规划、设计方面的发展趋势，定期提供研究成果报告。
