应聘资格：
1.熟悉建筑业相关政策、法律、法规、建筑专业知识，有丰富的建筑单位实践管理经验和较强的图纸审核能力
2.熟悉住宅项目建设的程序，主持过大型住宅项目的建设及管理；
3.掌握国内外建筑结构、设备的新技术、新潮流，能对设计方案及成果做审核及技术比较，并有较强的鉴别能力，
4.对项目建设工作全面负责，对施工单位的施工组织、设计具备较高的审核能力，能及时发现施工现场中存在的问题，
5.本科以上学历，工民建、工程设计、工程建设管理相关专业。八年以上工程管理与建设工作经验，具有中级以上职称。
6.具有较强的组织协调能力、综合管理能力、理解判断能力、语言文字能力及沟通能力


工作职责：
一、负责工程质量、安全管理、技术指导和参与工程预算，并承担责任。
二、主持审核投资项目的设计方案，审定设计单位的所有图纸及设计技术变更通知。
三、负责审核、控制工程项目建设成本。
四、负责参与承建单位的选择和招、投标工作。
五、主持审批权承建单位提出的组织设计、施工技术方案和施工进度计划。
六、负责参与审查承建单位提出的材料和设备清单及规格、质量。
七、负责督促、检查承建单位严格按图纸及技术规程施工，做好安全生产，确保工程质量。
八、负责处理质量、安全事故。
九、负责验收各工程项目所使用的材料、构件及设备的质量情况，严格把关。
十、负责督促整理合同文件和技术档案资料。
十一、负责组织设计单位（部门）和承建单位（施工队）进行工程竣工初步验收，向有关部门提出竣工验收报告。
十二、负责督促竣工工程资料存档。
十三、负责定期制定月、季、年度的部门工作计划和工作总结并及时上交。
十四、积极完成项目总经理交待的临时性工作。
