工作职责：

1、落实项目土建结构施工生产计划统计工作；

2、督促、指导本专业工程平面管理、技术管理及工程资料收集归档工作；

3、督促总包项目部落实完成土建生产计划；

4、参加工程招标的有关土建分部技术工作；

5、参加物资供应商的资质审查，并对主要物资供应商的专业技术部分参加评定；

6、进行项目专业施工技术、质量、进度、安全的现场管理工作；

7、参与工程项目专业工程隐蔽验收、分部验收及工程竣工验收，参与本专业配套工程管理；

8、负责本专业与其他专业的设计与施工协调工作；

9、落实项目弱电系统的调试检测工作；

任职要求：

1、设计或土建等相关专业本科及以上学历，中级职称以上资格；

2、具备5年以上工程土建工作及施工管理方面经验；

3、熟悉工作流程及相关设计施工法规；

4、思维敏捷，能承受较大工作压力，具有团队合作精神。
