岗位职责
工作职责：
1、总体负责项目商业策划、市场营销、招商管理、商业运营等工作，分管商业事业部；
2、带领团队协助总裁完成董事会下达的商业管理相关指标；
3、制定商业事业部工作分工和流程，并对下属进行考核；
4、完成董事会和总裁下达的其他任务。

岗位要求
学历要求：大专或以上性别要求：不限语言要求：普通话专业要求：不限年龄要求：35-50总工作年限：10年以上
任职资格的具体描述：
任职要求：
1、工商管理或商业运营相关专业硕士以上学历；
2、具备大中型商业集团8年以上高管经历，其中2年副总裁以上职位经验，有国际化知名企业相关工作经验优先
3、熟悉商业运营管理模式和发展趋势，熟练掌握营销技术，了解房地产仔业的发展趋势；
4、精通商业项目策划、定位、筹建、招商、开业、运营工作；胜任房地产的品牌建设和各种商务合作的谈判以及各种市场策划活动的组织管理：
5、具有良好的国际国内著名品牌资源，熟悉商业项目招商架构设计及过程控制；在企业战略规划领域有深厚的理论功底和丰富的运作经验；
6、熟悉行业动态及运营发展趋势，善于制定企业发展战略，具备极强的全局 把控能力、出色的商业判断力和敏锐的商业触觉；
7、优秀的英语昕、说、读、写能力
