Purpose of the Job:
Lead Power Electronics team to development power converter for new project or product adaptation
　
Regular Responsibilities:
- Develop UPS product
- Deploy and improve development process for the new project to reach objectives in terms of cost, quality, time to market
- Lead the team to sustain power part of the UPS product efficiently and with good quality
- Contribute to ECR/ECN process improvement
- Deploy the safety policy inside the team




　
Qualifications:
l 3 years or above in Power Electronics team and project management experience
l 8 years or above in Power electronics product design
　
Knowledge and Skill Required:
Power Converter design ,Component (incude Magnetic) Calculation and Sizing (Master)
l Project Management (Master)
l Multi-Site & Partnership Management (Master)
l Development Process & Plan (Master)
l Effective Report Writing (Master)
l Analog and digital electronics design (Autonomous)
l Power Loss Calculation and Thermal Design (Autonomous)
l PCB Layout Rules and PCBA Design Constrains (Autonomous)
l UPS design experience is prefered
