Supply Planning Improvement Analyst

1． PURPOSE目的

The Supply Planning improvement Analyst is expected to become the central source for intelligence on the integral supply situation of the LED Retrofit portfolio, both for formal reporting purposes as well as for intra- analysis. He/she is expected to play a major role in preparation business insight reports and identify areas for improvement and/or corrective action as well. In his/her identity of improvement manager, he/she will act as a project manager for structural improvements either leading a project altogether or acting representative in e.g. a Lean Ops project.
2． PRINCIPAL ACCOUNTABILITIES主要工作职责

? Generate KPIs and Goods Movement reports
? Central reporting, training/education, consulting & support
? Analysis of available (Helios) reports
? Identification of areas for improvement
? Leading role in project improvements and/in Lean Ops projects
? Represent Supply Planning in the Sector Improvement initiatives and regular reviews

3、 JOB REQUIREMENTS岗位要求

a) Education学历:
Relevant university education (preferably Master’s degree).
b) Experience工作经验:
Preferably approx 5 years experience in SCM related function.
c) Travel Frequency出差频率: < 25%
d) Competency and Skills 能力和技能:
1. Strong functional background in SCM.
2. Solid analytical and conceptual skills.
3. Good at teamwork and communication.
4. Good at oral and written English.
5. System proficiency in MS Office and SAP / Helios.
6. Drive for commitment, perseverance in stressful situations.
7. Positive mindset and attitude with regard to pressure and challenge.
