Main responsibilities will include but not limited to:
1. Ensuring design, development and test of software into a global project
2. Documenting his feature development via external specifications
3. Documenting architecture and algorithm implemented (Internal Specifications)
4. Documenting internal interfaces
5. Applying methodology/Process with particular attention on Unitary tests and Integration tests
6. Ensuring required quality level and lead time for his development

Mandatory
1. Bachelor degree or above in electronic enginee+ring or communication science or computer science.
2. 3+ years working experience in software development
3. Good experience in C and C++ programming.
4. Very strong background on layer 2&3 protocol development
5. Good experience in embedded products development
6. Good communication skills, English proficiency in reading, writing and speaking.
7. Work independently with high accountability. Show good team spirit.

Nice to have
1. Experience in VoIP telecommunication products, Good knowledge in VoIP protocol (SIP/RTP/RTCP protocol) is a plus
2. SIP phone or SIP gateway or SIP server development experience is a plus.
3. Familiar with ClearCase, ClearQuest is a plus.
4. Experience with Agile/Scrum methodologies is a plus.

EXPERIENCE:
3 years experience in software development, including all steps such as pre study, development and support, in communication technologies.
