Senior Electronics Engineer
Major:
Electronics / Electrical / Communication

Degree:
Master or above

Key responsibilities:
1. Be autonomous to take the technical lead and to communicate with different functions in project.
2. Follow the project schedule and development plan closely for on-time delivery; be able to initiate and manage the design schedule.
3. Exchange with marketing team to define the right product specification.
4. Make electronic design based on product requirements independently, including circuit design, simulation, testing, debugging and improvement.
5. Initiate the verification plan and perform the test to verify the design at product and system level.
6. Take necessary actions to guarantee the design quality and product performance.
7. Comply with Schneider design processes and ensure strict adherence.
8. Report and feedback to his supervisor all critical and important difficulties faced in the work.
9. Ensure safety rules are strictly adhered to at all time.

Technical requirements:
1. Electronic background, having more than 6yrs project experience on electronic design and industrial product design; experience of technically leading a project would be a plus
2. Strong fundamental knowledge and rich experience on analog electronics design, e.g. analog signal processing, operational amplifier design and A-D / D-A conversion; having digital electronics design experience would be a plus; best with metering product background
3. Good understanding of product requirements in industrial environment
