Strategic buyer of Active components
任职资格的具体描述:
Responsible :
1. Commodity Strategy Development
- Contribute in development and deployment of global LED commodity
strategies including risk assesment.
- Ensure the availability of market analysis and supplier technology roadmaps.
- Lead technology roadmaps alignment meetings between key component suppliers / BL development / BL product management
- Define and implement the LED supplierbase for BL Professional Lighting Solutions Greater China
2. Spend Management
- Negotiate competitive buying prices and volume allocations (in case of shortages) based on policy and targets given by leader
- Continuous competitive costs / performance benchmarks
- Report on team performance (projects, nego, financial results)
- Drive the saving projects (TCO / Strategic cost management)
3. Contract Management
- Negotiate competitive supply conditions in compliance with ICAP guidelines.
- Ensuring that the contents of the masterdata is consistent and accurate.
4. Supply Base Management and Development
- Establish approved supplier lists and implement supply base optimalisation / reduction plan.
- Lead the LED supplier design-in decisions for LED fixture projects for BL Professional Lighting Solutions Greater China.
- Implement commodity strategy in the PCP-projects with respect to: supplier design-in, Single/second sourcing, product life cycle pricing and Early Supplier Involvement.
- Improve supplier performance (measured via G-SRS) and mitigate supply risk via risk assesment and mitigation plan
5. Supply Quality & Sustainability
- Support supplier quality manager in the supplier release process and sustainability compliance
- Ensure that supplier development projects will be to benefit of Company.

- Signed and approved LED supplier base strategy document for BL Professional Lighting Solutions Greater China (yearly updated).
- Signed technical roadmap (2 times per year updated).
2. Spend Management
- LED negotiation and concepts savings (monthly reported)

3. Contract Management
- Signed supply & development contracts in compliance with ICAP guidelines for all active LED suppliers.
- Consistent masterdata in ERP systems.
4. Supply Base Management and Development
- Short list of approved LED supplier for BL Professional Lighting Solutions Greater China
- Signed and approved LED supplier design-in decisions for all LED fixture projects for BL Professional Lighting Solutions Greater China.
- New Product Introduction Milestone 1/2/3 compliance
- G-SRS score of shortlisted LED suppliers
- Risk assesment and mitigation plan for all shortlisted LED suppliers
5. Supply Quality & Sustainability
- Availability of proper supplier release report and risk assessment
