Main Responsibilities

Sales and marketing of products and services to local corporate and international clients.
Develop and implement the sales plan to fulfill the growth of the company
Manage existing client base to ensure repeat business and increased revenues
Develop new international clientele to increase personal location catering.
Monitor local competitors
Achieve and exceed monthly budget
Ensure collection of all outstanding accounts

Experience and Skills

The successful candidate must have at least 2 years experience in 5 star International Hotel or Catering Company.

Able to work extra and odd hours if necessary.
Knowledge and experience in event planning is a must.
A wide degree of creativity and latitude is expected, strong knowledge of spoken and written English is a must.
Basic knowledge of mandarin is preferred.

Due diligence, good judgement, business acumen, managerial skills, team player and positive attitude.

Efficient and structured time management.

Well versed with local social etiquette.

Able to take pressure, well-groomed, smart appearance, physically strong, energetic and dynamic person.
