职位描述
Job Responsibility:
1.Analyze and identify the training and development needs of the company and employees and develop an overall training plan.
2.Arrange the company’s training and development activities in order to ensure that training activities are conducted efficiently, cost-effectively and in accordance with the company’s policies and standards.
3.Determine how course content should be delivered through appropriate instruction procedures/methods (e.g. classroom instruction, e-learning, self study programs).
4.Design and deliver train-the-trainer sessions based on roll-out strategy.
5.As required, research and determine the most effective vendors to meet our needs. Negotiate and manage contractual agreements with external vendors.
6.Build on-board training system and provide the training support businesses development.
7.Develop annual priorities & budget plan and manage training budget.
8.Keep business leaders up to date with learning program offerings and learning trends that impact the business.
9.Design the company's training and development strategy so that the skills and performance of employees meet the company's current and future needs.
10.Select and manage ongoing relationship with external consultants and training providers.
11.Responsible for performance management implementation for talents career development.
Requirements:
1.Bachelor Degree or equivalent experience, major in Human Resources or related area.
2.Minimum of 5 years human resources experience.
3.Ability to influence senior management, establish and maintain collaborative partnerships and provide thought leadership.
4.Ability to build strong working relationships, internal and external to the organization.
5.Fluent in both written and oral English.
6.Strong communication, presentation and training facilitation skills.
