Finance Manager-Financial Process Improvement-Financial Controller-财务流程优化和财务控制经理
Report to: Deputy General Manager
Job focus:
To establish internal control and continuous process improvement in finance operation
Main Responsibilities:
1. Lead the implementation and finance systems (Oracle) and processes across the organization on a global basis 30%
2. Analyze, plan and implement improvement in order to achieve World Class Finance standard in the organization on a global basis 25%
3. Implement governance model to ensure continuance agreement within internal clients to finance policies and procedures 25%
4. Provide training and guidance to all controllers within organization on PRC GAAP, IFRS and all Finance policies within the organization 10%
5. Analyze impact of changes in accounting standards to Finance policies within the organization. 10%
Main Requirements:
1. Good in Excel and preferably familiar with Oracle
2. ACCA / CPA / CIA / CIMA
3. Experience in manufacturing industry and MNC environment; At least 8 years working experience with minimum 4 years of supervisory and managerial skills
4. Strong project management skills and problem solving skills are essential.
5. Required to think strategically with strong business acumen, while also needs to have strong implementations
