Responsibility:
* As the testing technology planner, support the important project and come up with test plan.
* Lead the important project in testing technique field (PCBA). By whole consider quality, efficiency and cost of test, make the project plan, carry out and ensure the effort.
* Provide project management with accurate and timely quotations for all relevant test, diagnosis and repair functions.
* Responsible for developing PCBA test fixtures and programs. Design, develop and implement factory PCBA test equipment for setup of PCBA products. Translate product test specifications into factory PCBA test equipment and automated software test scripts.
* Shall supply comprehensive and accurate documentation for all testers, component programmers, and diagnostic/repair processes.
* To lead test technicians to support production lines for minimum machine downtime. Also to maintain proper record of all machine preventive maintenance work for ISO requirement. Responsible for new projects/equipment set up and commission.
* Design and support maintenance of tester, fixtures.
* Shall investigate new and existing test and diagnosis methods to improve existing products and support advancing technologies. Shall actively investigate and document new test strategies and develop trials to ensure capability is provided as required.
* Shall adhere to all safety guidelines and actively promote a safety test procedure.
* To provide support for debug technician and debug operator
* Performs analysis of test defect. Initiates changes in testing procedures.

Request:
* Bachelor's degree in electrical/electronics engineering.
* Ability to read and understand electronic / electrical schematics.
* 3+ years previous experience designing and developing PCBA test systems for electric/electronic product.· 2+ years previous experience on designing and developing
* Skillful in manufacture testing knowledge and technique, design for testing& diagnosis ability, reliability management of product life cycle. Support the multi-supply area manufacture plan.
* ICT/PCB BON· 2 years working experience in electric/electronic PCBA product manufacturer. In-circuit test development and debug experience - Any platform, In-depth knowledge and experience in analog, digital and power electronics
* Expert in developing test plans, and methods at component, module, and system levels using both manual and automated tests.
* Expert in solving complex problems relating to test and test development. Strong understanding of electronic components and their function/application
* Strong ability in implement, full experience in project management. Convince ability with professional knowledge and theory by various ways. Be regarded as the testing technique expert.
* Strong analytical troubleshooting, analytical, and problem solving skills.
* Excellent oral & written communication, and interpersonal skills. Work requires initiative and judgment, within standard procedures and a thorough knowledge of department and corporate policies and procedures dealing with the area of responsibility.
* Works under minimal supervision, operates with great latitude in choosing methods for accomplishing objectives. Applies advanced and comprehensive knowledge of theoretical concepts
* Occasional travel may be required.
