Basic Purpose of the Position 职位基本目标:
?To deliver the technical and SPC (Statistical Process Control) support for the lifecycle management of the BI biological swine portfolio and to contribute in project development teams to safeguard a continuous stream of market driven swine biologicals from the BI R&D pipeline.

Accountabilities 工作职责:
Tasks:
?Technical and SPC support for AH China, including technical writing;
?Preparation and monitoring of SPC as well as side-by-side marketing trials for core products in coordination with the China AH Swine Division, Technical and Sales team;
?Operative coaching and technical support for core products (analysing and projecting customer needs, building of customers’ awareness, managing national and international technical opinion leader relationships, implementation of positioning, conduct of corporate marketing trials);
?Facilitate transfer of product related know-how as well as expertise and case studies to Technical Service Managers and China Swine field force;
?Initiation, communication and implementation of modules for pre-marketing and marketing activities;
?Technical assessment of new product ideas for the BI swine portfolio, safeguarding of customer-need-driven R&D and business development activities;
?Participating in the definition of target product profiles;
?Membership in pre-development- and development-projects;
?Assessment of competitor activities and technical evaluation of competitor products.

Required Education 所需教育背景:
?Degree in veterinary medicine with experience in the swine industry (specialisation in one of BI Animal Health target segments and / or in Animal Health industry would be of advantage).

Required Experience 所需工作经验/背景:
?Excellent communication skills and ability to team work in both a local (direct interaction) and a global (virtual) environment;
?Willingness to gain in-depth knowledge of Statistical, SPC methods and software;
?Excellent knowledge of Mandarin and English, further languages would be advantageous;
?Advanced computer skills (Word, Excel, PowerPoint);
?Strategic orientation and pragmatic managerial skills;
?Creativity, persistence, boldness to develop innovative, customer focused solutions;
?Ability to travel frequently.
