Basic Purpose of the Position 职位基本目标
Put in place a suitable Clinical Data Management system for Asia Veterinary R&D center (AVRDC and VTC) ensuring internal and external compliance of activities under GSP then GCP/GLP when applicable, including training programs and audits.
Support AVRDC in the development process for new vaccines through expertise in clinical data management.

Accountabilities 工作职责 (必填)
-Clinical Data management (CDM) system in place to satisfy internal and external requirements: process defined and documented. Teams involved in animal trials trained.
-Coordination, planning, execution and reporting of clinical trial data in AVRDC: timely availability of the case report forms and reports.
-Pre-check of returned case report forms before data entry in the system: no violations
-Setup the trial database in the suitable data base and perform the plausibility check: no findings
-Documentation of clinical data management tasks in clinical studies according to GCP.
-Interaction with external cooperation for data exchange. Prepare statistical data sets in the predefined format for the statistician: data available
-Support and advice non RD functions on CDM according to RD priorities.

Required Education 所需教育背景 (必填)
?Minimum of 3-4 year experience in Data Management or Clinical trials related function preferably in Veterinary Vaccine or Biologics.

Required Experience 所需工作经验/背景 (必填)
?Familiar with national and international compliances like GSP, GLP and GCP. Technique in Quality control and data verification
?Excellent organizational skills, written and spoken English skills, computer literacy. Knowledge in computer system validation.
?Industry experience in Data management or Quality Assurance preferred.
?Willingness and ability to work in a team
?Ability to handle multiple priorities and deal with ambiguity
