1、协助区域销售总经理建立全面的销售战略;制定并组织实施销售方案;
2、组织部门开发多种销售手段,完成销售计划及回款任务;主持重大销售合同的谈判与签订工作;
3、建立销售人员报告、例会制度,及时掌握销售任务完成情况,引导和控制市场销售工作的方向和进度;
4、进行客户分析,建立客户关系,挖掘用户需求;指导处理大客户投诉,跟踪处理投诉结果,并进行客户满意度调查;
5、负责组织制定并落实部门工作计划、部门费用预算、项目管理预算;
6、负责组织制定和完善本部门的管理制度;
7、负责管理销售人员,建立、补充、发展、培养销售队伍;提供团队支持与培训,协调解决客户冲突;
8、完成上级领导交办的其它任务。
任职资格:
1、管理、市场营销等专业本科以上学历;
2、三年以上销售、市场营销管理工作经验;受过战略管理、战略市场营销、商务谈判等方面的培训,有新媒体市场的拓展、销售与运作经验;
3、有一定的客户资源,年销售业绩在千万以上,4年以上户外广告公司销售经验,2年以上8人以上团队管理经验;
4、熟悉现代营销理论,熟练运用各种激励措施;熟悉大型媒体及4A广告公司操作规范;熟悉广告法;
5、具备丰富的市场营销策划经验,能够识别、确定潜在的商业合作伙伴,熟悉行业市场发展现状;具有优秀的营销技巧,较强的市场策划能力和运作能力;良好的口头及书面表达能力。
