1、量产进口材料采购计划及库存控制
Mass Production Import Material Planning and stock review
2、量产及试制阶段进口材料采购及 SAP R3系统中下订单，及TRN库收货
Mass production and prototype order release for importation and SAP R3 schedule line input, and SAP GR for TRN parts.
3、与海外供应商保持良好的日常沟通
Daily communication with the oversea suppliers
4、转交NCR报告给供应商并完善KPI
To transfer the NCR report to the suppliers and KPI
5、监督和控制进口材料及时到货
Monitor import material on-time arrive to ASA
6、为其他工厂代购进口胶水，成本复核和交货安排
Import adhesive buy for other plant and cost review and delivery arrangement
7、进口材料运输安排及追踪
Shipment Arrangement (importation) and tracking with the forwarder
8、月度物流成本复核及运输费用控制
Monthly Landing cost review & Import transportation freight control
9、供应商及财务部账务协调
Payment account balance with the suppliers and FA department
10、清关安排及相关税金，运费，报关费用请款及资料准备
Customs clearance arrangement and payment for the duty, VAT, sea freight and local charge.
11、BMW试制件及COP测试件出口安排及单证及收款追踪
BMW prototype & COP-Test parts exportation and payment tracking
12、出口业务订单接收及报关单证准备
Order receiving for export business, prepare the documents for customs application.
13、SAP R3 MM&SD 培训及主数据准备
SAP R3 training of MM&SD and master data prepare
14、文档文件保存及更新
Document in file, keep & update.
15、在日常工作中主动，积极完成和配合物流经理安排的零时工作任务
Other duties as assigned by manager.
岗位要求：
1、本科学历以上Minimum college degree
2、经过厂级安全教育培训后方能上岗Be qualified to work until been given the safety training from the plant
3、5年物流部相关工作经验5 years work related experience in import and export
4、英语精通，计算机良好Excellent English in reading and understanding and good computer skills
5、良好的人际交流Good interpersonal skills
