职责

1. Develop hardware for trainsimission control unit.Perform design analysis (DFMEA, Worst Case Analysis etc)
2. Ensure hardware meeting project specific needs and requirements
3. Ensure design to cost and design for manufacturing
4. Ensure the development work going through Continental's processes, guidelines and methodology
5. Lead or guide the maintenance, enhancement, testing, analyzing and support of existing hardware
6. Support and cooperate with other teams in project range as needed

要求

1. Advanced knowledge and tools of electrical hardware development (Design, Analysis, verification, validation, trouble shooting…)
2. Strong hands-on lab experiential skills
3. Basic knowledge of automotive mechanics, software, testing and system development
4. Advanced knowledge of design to cost and design for manufacturing
5. Quality and development process knowledge
6. Cooperating skills and communication skills with internal & external customers
7. Advanced English level.
8. Bachelor degree or above with electronic related major
9. Minimum 3 years in electronic design (automotive or industrial applications preferred)
10. Power electronics design experience preferred
11. Familiar with the automotive test standards and processes preferred
