Accountabilities:

1．To answer phone enquiries and rate request.

2．To assist sales team in preparing and sending quotation to client (including sales

lead for outbound shipment) to reach target (lifting & margin) and assigned KPI by all means.

3. Roled as a qualified coordinator to customers & achieve the lifting target on each

service as per HOD's instruction.

4．To keep good relationship with customer & solve customer's problem if

encountered (including SOC and COC) .

5．To help customer to check the problem of late to releasing booking, and assist

customer to settle booking smoothly.

6．To provide continuous support to Salesman of new customer to be our key

account & improve our customer base.

7.To apply MA (freight related only).

8．To generate useful sales related data & report to Sales team to enhance sales

productivity.

9．To prepare Telemarketing report to increase customer base

10．To check with VIP client about the freight rate.

Essential Qualifications:

1) Degree: Junior college above

2) English: Good command of written

3) Experience: 1 years experience in forwarder company

4) Computer: skillful
