Sr.Marketing Specialist,工作地点:北京

Report Line: Marketing Manager
1. Marketing Communication
According to requirements from business units as well as approval from HQ, design & produce local promotional materials/handouts/leafsheets.
-Localize promotion videos from HQ including add Chinese subtitle, add Chinese voice-over, etc., as well as shoot movie locally if necessary.
-Useroperated Media, including construct & edit to official website, Weibo and WeChat.
Cooperate with professional website/BBS to publish contents related with company product, technology, drive experience, etc.
-Cooperate with key magazines to publish Ads, article, as well as management interviews, etc.
Supply materials to Company internal communication for the purpose of internal promotion activities.
-Cooperate with Industry Association to promote special-purpose vehicles in each business segment, in the form of industrial seminar, forum, customer event, etc.
2. Marketing Campaign
Work with Marketing Manage, to organize, coordinate and operate Auto Show/CV Forum or Seminar.
- Work Marketing Manager, to conduct New Product Launch.
- Work with Marketing Manager, to organize road-test, handover ceremony, etc.
Assist dealerships to conduct opening ceremony, customer event, technical seminar, etc. - Assist bodybuilders to conduct customer event, technical seminar, etc.
- Organize customers/media to Europe for HQ visit, audit factory, etc.
3. Public Relations management:
Visit media regularly as well as organize media meeting to keep good relationships.
Work with key opinion leaders to keep good relationship for better promotion effect. - Crisis management
4. CI management:
- Manage CI Guideline & files. Supervise the usage of CI in terms of Marketing campaigns, dealership events, etc.,
to make sure the consolidation and consistency of CI usage.
-University degree/graduated in Marketing or Communication is preferred
-4-6 years’ background in marketing
-Rich knowledge and experience in marketing
-Rich knowledge about automobile industry or premium brands is preferred
-Good communication skills, especially knows how to negotiate and align with people and external agency
-Good analysis and presentation skills and software usage such as Excel, Word and PPT
-Good oral and written skills on English and Mandarin
