Essential Responsibilities
Investigating product service requirement and find the opportunities to improve the service ability of NM product.
• Owner of the system and subsystem requirements related to serviceability and diagnosis set up and review the design input for service requirements.
• Driving technical solution to design procedures or methodology for product in field diagnoses, modifications, calibrations, and part replacements.
• Conduct validation activity for service design output in NPI program.
• The owner of the service TTT training (Training The Trainer).
• Responsible for the execution of FMI program.
• Setting FRU strategy for NPI program and interfacing with external organizations such as GPRS, Sourcing, Suppliers and Service Operations, ensuring all FRU parts on shelf before the new product shipment
• Collaborate with global service team to collect the feedback of IPU products, and make extraction/summary, review with team to find the opportunity of customer satisfaction
Qualifications/Requirements
• Bachelor degree or above with engineering educational background.
• 3 year+ of electrical-mechanical product experience (Design, Service, Assembly…)
• Good communication skill in cross functions
• Fluent English skill both written & spoken
• Responsible, activate and strong ownership sense
• Good at communication and cross function coordination
• Clear thinking and good expression
• Good endurance under high pressure
• Eager to learn and practice
Desired Characteristics
1. Masters degree in Physics, Electrical Engineering or other closely related fields
2. Excellent verbal and written communication skills
3. Self-starter, energizing, results oriented, and able to multi-task
4. Demonstrated problem solving ability and results orientation
