JOB OBJECTIVES:

According to the agreed strategies, policies and practices, provide inputs and participate in the marketing/ market development and planning, technical development of products and services to support the implementation of sales strategies and polices in the assigned areas/ districts, conclusion of sales contracts at defined sales goals.

MAIN RESPONSIBILITIES:

1. Technical support of market strategy: Visit customers to collect and analyse field information of customer expectations/ problems on product performance/ technical service needs to verify product design suitability to application; Provide competitive product performance information to verify competitiveness of own products; Provide technical support to customers as trouble shooters and technical consultant, including handling/ follow-up complaints on technical related issues.

2. Product application and development: Provide technical guidance / assistance to customer for product applications, including optimization, troubleshooting, and training of personnel to enhance pre- and post- sales services; Interface sales/marketing personnel and technical service laboratory/ product training to understand and apply production/application techniques to enhance business opportunities via product applications, meet customer expectations and solve technical problems;

3. Support to define customer needs: Sharing information related to customer expectation and product performance with team members;

REQUIREMENTS:

1. Education: Bachelor of Chemistry or Chemical Engineering

2. Work Experience: 2~3 years of paper mill working experience preferred;

3. Technical and Professional Knowledge: Good customer focus; Communication and Interpersonal Understanding; Safety, Health and Environment Awareness
