职位描述
Responsibilities:
1. Responsible for the procedures of technical pattern making, measurement, construction, specification, size grading, fitting and other technical aspects of R&D
2. Work on pattern training/calibration, issues, corrections and troubleshooting to ensure on time order placement
3. Participates in standardizing procedures and cross functioning among different teams to increase efficiency
4. Evaluates garments, making pattern adjustment for development and final production
5. Train and coach team members to further enhance their job performance to a higher level, building team spirit whilst ensuring critical information safety
Requirement:
1. Bachelor degree in major of apparel engineering or related with more than 3 years of equivalent work experience. Working with a brand company is a plus
2. Superior knowledge of garment construction and it related fields specializing in techniques of patterning, sampling, crafting and fitting
3. Good command in leadership and collaboration
4. Able to work under pressure
岗位职责：
1、 全面负责技术部整体运作，统筹服装制版、工艺、样衣制作等相关技术模块工作开展，满足公司技术、产品的开发需要；
2、 负责执行服装技术开发流程及管理体系，保质、保量、按时完成各模块技术开发任务，确保订货会的如期举行；
3、 协调各技术模块之间及相应模块与相关部门的关系，解决计划执行中的障碍，规范流程，提高计划完成的效率；
4、 负责带领技术团队对纸版、样衣、工艺、质量等相关技术问题的解决及攻克，促进设计信息的转化，满足现代化大规模生产的需要；
5、 负责企业技术信息安全管理工作；
岗位要求：
1、 本科学历，服装相关专业毕业，3年以上同等工作经历，有品牌服饰公司工作经验者优先；
2、 熟悉制版、工艺、样衣等服装技术知识，熟悉梭织服装技术开发流程，了解梭织服装生产；
3、 擅长沟通协调，领导能力强；
4、 有较强的统筹计划能力，承压能力强；
