岗位职责:
职责一 :合同的评审和文档归档
1、合同的统计登记、新合同文本的审核工作;
2、合同正本的统计,开票的统计工作;
3、所有销售拿回的正本,和返还的正本,都要销售签字,以便统计;
4、定期发邮件通知销售体系合同正本回归情况;
5、销售付外购款的记录和归档;
职责二:合同的执行与维护
1、负责代理商广告上刊审批的内部流程,确保时效性,完成财务部、运营部和总裁办等的内部流程批准,确保代理商广告按时上刊;
2、上刊执行完核算表的归档,以便今后查询方便(按地区分类)。 未完成的审批表单独存放,定期询问审批进展;
3、上刊合同执行状态的变更,需要涉及站点、媒体形式更改的及时更改,确保上刊流程内部顺利实施;
4、认真严谨细致的对待工作,完成公司内部流程; 负责部门的协调与管理,以及部门间的沟通工作;
职责三:应收认款和开票统计
1、根据每天到账情况,仔细与代理商和财务确认信息,完成认款工作;
2、定期发放应收款明细给销售体系,核实应收款项,提醒代理商到期应收和超期应收,并维护状态;
3、销售开票的审核工作,核对是否符合开票条件,并将符合条件开票的递交给财务。
任职资格 :
1、本科及以上学历,两年以上工作经验;
2、具备优秀的沟通能力,协调能力,应变能力;
3、有一定财务,客户服务,统计,或者商务工作经历合经验者优先;
4、踏实稳定,耐心、思路清晰,能承受一定的工作压力。
