职位描述
Key Responsibilities 主要职责:
1. Reception – Effective Telephone Call Management:
· Provide a timely response to incoming calls
· Provide a welcoming verbal experience by coming across in a helpful, professional and polite manner
· Ensure all queries are managed direct or forwarded to relevant parties
· At all times to represent the highest standard of service
2. Reception – Welcoming Face to face Visitor Experience:
· Provide a welcoming experience by coming across in a helpful, professional and polite manner (to senior professional visitors, internal branch staff, and day to day couriers and cleaning staff)
· Ensure all queries are managed direct or forwarded to relevant parties
· At all times to represent the highest standard of service – provide refreshments as necessary, invite guest(s) to waiting room/ interview rooms, keep guest(s) informed if any delays
3. Administrative Support:
· Ensure supplies of office stationary and materials related to the office are in good supply/ working order
· Provide ad-hoc administrative support duties to all Consulting staff including – photocopying, faxing, printing, scanning, arranging and receiving couriers, arranging phone calls with Candidates/ Client , interview room management etc
· Provide ad-hoc administrative support to senior management to include – flight arrangements, hotel arrangements,confidential handling of sensitive documents etc
· Provide support in the arrangement of team activities and team events
· Complete various administrative paperwork duties with regards to the payment of office rental, utility expenses and expense claims from branch staff.
· And any other items as instructed by senior branch staff relating to day to day administration.
Requirements 任职资格:
· College education or above;
· Experience Good service mind and coordination ability;
· Good in writing and speaking in English and Mandarin;
· Good skill of MS Office
