职位描述
This role is critical to ensuring that supply chain processes within and between the contract manufacturer and GGS operating effectively through the production and materials planning, order progression, inventory control, shipping and delivery processes. The job holder will monitor weekly and monthly KPI performance with root cause analysis and improvement actions. This person will take the lead to consolidate and provide solutions to implement the solution and improve the performance.
Lead the supply chain improvement projects to drive the continue improvement performance.
Update the department procedure and support ISO activities
Monitor OEM T1 supplier on order, material, production plan and monthly KPI.
Manage the OEM T1 supplier performance measures of Service Level Agreement terms (Lead Times, Flexibility etc.) highlight exceptions and investigate any issues that may impact on order fulfilment.
Track the forecast trend with GGS Central Supply Chain and drive the analysis of OEM T1 supplier on capacity, capability and material commitment.
Work closely with GGS Central Supply Chain and GES Materials Management to ensure effective operation of supply chain processes and visible tracking of order fulfilment.
Liaise with shipping agents to ensure all documentation and information is in order to fulfil delivery requirements.
Identify issues (e.g. gaps in information, communication problems) that may jeopardise timely, accurate order fulfilment.
Match and link GGS documentation with physical shipments.
Liaise with all stages of supply chain and engineering to ensure authorisation of parts required when changes of supplier are implemented.
Undertake short projects associated with supply chain process development and performance improvement.
Monitor inventory levels highlighting issues with GES Materials Management and GGS Supply Chain personnel.
Drive the EOL (end of life) projects in early stage based on the procedure to control excess material.
