岗位职责:

GENERAL FUNCTION:

This position is responsible for the maintenance and support of Point-of-sale system used in Global Luxottica Retail Stores. Including solving issues, configuration, health checking of POS applications, dashboard reporting system and other retail related business functions.
This position is also responsible for small cross-functional team tasks with solving business issues.

PRIMARY DUTIES AND RESPONSIBILITIES:

Responsible for the maintenance and incidents fixing for Data Services and BO
?Responsible for solving incidents from global stores and business related process.
?Responsible for POS (Micros POS) dashboard/reporting system maintenance.
?Responsible for working with SAP team to solve business issues.
?Responsible for requests from related retail team.
?Responsible for on-call in turn.

任职资格:

REQUIRED SKILLS & KNOWLEDGE:

?Hands on Experience with SAP Data Services, version 4.2 (including system administration) in a MS Windows environment.
?Strong experience with SAP Business Objects, version 4.1 in a MS Windows environment.
?Strong experience with Oracle database/sql.
?Familiar with Linux, Shell, Perl.
?Experience in creating functional specifications for Forms, Reports, Interfaces, Conversion, and Enhancement objects and coordinating with technical team for the development of functionality.
?Excellent English oral and written communication skills.
?Ability to work in complex technical environment.
?Ability to work in a team environment.
?Excellent Problem solving skills.
?Remedy Support experience.


DESIRED SKILLS & KNOWLEDGE:

?SAP Retail ECC/BI/PI familiarity
?SAP POSDM and Master Data experience.
?Background working in retail business or ability to learn business/retail concepts
?Netezza database/sql experience
?Database administration

EXPERIENCE:

?3-5 years of related SAP BO / BODS (data services) experience
?At least 2 years of experience in global system supporting and maintenance
?International Travel is required
