Role Summary/Purpose

Sales Operation Specialist is the first level support to operations function. Analyzes sales market data & administers sales VC plans. May provide training to sales teams. Coordinate regional compliance board meetings. Responsible for regional NPS actions; Coordination of all customer issues across functions like service & OTR. Support sales operations leader in SFE & other activities related to driving growth by setting up effective processes to collect & analyze data.

Essential Responsibilities 

Tendering and bidding support:
- Ensure that all relevant data and information compiled during the tender development phase and is available to all sales team.
- Support the preparation of tenders and ensuring that the tendering team has a full understanding of the bid conditions and of the company procedures, and ensure that the tenders are submitted on time.
- Negotiate with customers and suppliers to agree terms acceptable to the customer and company.
- Maintain accurate records and files of all the tender data (i.e. correspondence, quotations, internal input, etc.).
Demo management:
- Lead the implementation of demo management;
- Support daily demo operation;
Customer master setup and maintenance;
Other relative work requested by the direct manager.

Qualifications/Requirements

• Bachelor Degree, major in Business Administration or related majors;
• 1~3+ years’ experience in Sales/Services and/or Operations roles
• Good English capability in both spoken and written
• Proficient at PC office software such as excel, word, PowerPoint etc.
• Ability to work within a matrix organizational environment
• 6-Sigma training experience highly preferred
• Effective time management and organizational skills; able to balance multiple priorities

Desired Characteristics

1. Previous sales support or operation experience
2. Trade and finance background is preferred
3. Flexibility, good negotiation skills
