1、负责与公司业务相关的法律文件、文书的审查工作，包括部分审查流程的起草、修订和改进工作；
2、协助部门领导处理公司法律诉讼、仲裁以及工商、公安等政府机构的对外接待事务；
3、搜集、分析与公司业务相关的法律、法规和政策等信息，为业务部门提供法律咨询和法律帮助；
4、配合部门进行法律宣传和内部培训；
5、完成部门领导交办的其他事宜。

任职资格：
1、法学本科以上学历，3年以上工作经验；通过国家司法考试者或具有律师事务所工作经验者优先；
2、熟悉公司法、劳动合同法、知识产权法等相关法律法规；熟悉人才市场相关管理规定者优先；
3、具有良好的人际沟通能力，办事严谨、逻辑严密、思维敏捷；

4、团队合作意识强，为人诚实，具有敬业精神，可出差。
