工作内容：

-负责提供Helpdesk技术支持、解决桌面端问题（各类软件使用、网络及软硬件问题处理）
-负责安装、管理与维护PC/外围设备（复印、打印、传真）
-负责监控并维护公司局域网络正常运行（Cisco Switch/Router）
-负责监控并维护公司PBX系统正常运行
-承担IT固定资产管理

任职要求：

-大专以上学历、计算机或相关专业毕业，一年以上相关工作经验
-熟悉Windows服务器与客户端操作系统（Windows Server 2003/2008 & Windows XP/7）
-熟悉Office及相关办公软件应用
-熟悉PC与外围设备硬件故障诊断与维修
-熟悉Cisco Switch/ Router / Firewall 基础配置与故障诊断
-有良好的沟通能力与团队合作意识
