职位描述
HR Specialist
Reporting to HR & Administration Manager, the incumbent will be located in Shenzhen.
Major responsibilities:
Compensation &Benefit
1. Labor contract management
2. Benefit program proposal, execution and follow-up
3. Collect the government policies and external practices and share in the team
4. Assist in C&B survey
5. Assist in annual salary review
6. Assist in drafting company policy regarding C&B
7. Responsible for attendance and leave management
8. Take other project jobs assigned by direct manager
Requirements:
1. Bachelor degree, Full-time undergraduate institutions
2. Major in HR or Psychology is preferred
3. At least 5 years working experience in HR field.
4. Mastery of C&B function, other functions experience in foreign company is preferred
5. Proactive, independent, well-organized, mature
6. Strong communication, coordination skills and team work spirit
7. Good command of spoken and written English
