POSITION SUMMARY
* To strategize, plan clinical trial and draft protocol, study report for MPS (Medication & Procedural Solutions) registration clinical trials, and in close collaboration with relevant functions in the organization.
* Provide medical insight and oversight over MPS post marketing clinical trials, safety issues.
* Participate in the development of MPS portfolio and scientific promotional strategy with BU.
* Provide medical information support to MPS
* Develop and maintain good network with Chinese KOLs
KEY RESPONSIBILITIES
1. Make a long term clinical trial strategy by working closely with RA, marketing, global medical;
2. Responsible for writing study synopsis, protocols and study reports;
3. Responsible for effective communication with project team, clinical research manager, regulatory manager, expert and statisticians for the development of protocols and medical reports;
4. Translate medical files or related documents or reports;
5. Provide training to clinical operation team for the clinical trial;
6. Provide post marketing support to BU, review and approve post marketing studies;
7. Review and approve promotional materials;
8. KOL management and KOL database setting up;
9. Safety issue management;
10. Ensure the compliance of Greater China medical affairs activities with BD corporate medical policy and SOP.
11. Provide medical input to R&D projects as MA partner. Be core team member in local R&D projects if necessary.

资历

SKILLS AND ABILITIES
1. The ability to understand clinical data, coupled with excellent writing skills in both English and Chinese;
2. In-depth knowledge of scientific study design and implementation, as well as data analysis of study findings;
3. Good communication skills both in Chinese and English.
4. Expertise in MPS related treatment area
5. Strong minded regarding compliance issues yet willing to be flexible on problem solution;
6. Flexible in learning elements relating to the MPS business and products;
7. A flexible and adaptable individual who can fit into a new environment and culture smoothly and easily.

DESIRABLE
1. A Master/Bachelors Degree of clinical medicine is required;
2. Medical affairs experience in MNC pharmaceutical or medical device industry is preferred;
3. ICU, anesthesiology or oncology experience is preferred
