Responsibilities 职责：



1. 协助进口销售的工作，如报价、找SALES LEAD、预约客户等。
Assist sales team on offer quotation, find sales lead, make reservation with customers etc.
2. 全程跟踪进口倒定舱服务，协调海外代理及国内外收货人／发货人的所有操作环节。


Follow the whole import process of customers
3. 指导进口操作部按照每个客户的要求处理指定的进口货物。


Instruct the operation team to deal with the goods according to customers' requirements
4. 测算每票指定货的成本／利润、关FILE等。


Calculate P/L, close file
5. 维护客户档案资料。
Maintain customer files



要求 Requirements：


1. 具有1年以上进口操作经验；


At least 1 year of Import Operation Experience
2. 具有良好的沟通表达能力、很强的服务意识、积极细致的工作态度和强烈的责任感；


Good communication skills, service oriented, tend to details and with strong responsibility
3. 有良好的英文水平；


Good command of English
4. 具有团队精神和执行力。
