岗位职责：
1、 制定和组织实施年度消防工作计划，编制消防经费预算；
2、 经常开展消防法规、常识、责任制的宣传教育；
3、 组织和协助有关部门制定要害部位消防制度和安全措施，并监督检查执行情况；
4、 配合对二装施工进行施工安全防火检查,负责对二装的消防审核提出意见，督促租户报消防部门审核验收，参与对租户的消防验收。
5、 对消防设备、器材和正确使用进行监督检查；
6、 负责对大楼重点部位及餐饮业进行消防安全检查。
7、 参与、实施中控室的日常管理工作，负责对中控室各种记录表格的审查、整理、归集；

任职资格：
1、30-45岁之间，退伍军人优先，大专以上，身高175CM以上。
2、从事商场或写字楼物业保安团队管理工作3年以上，持有建构筑物消防员上岗证或中级。
3、熟知消防安全相关知识和法规，能独立处理消防及其他突发事件。
4、具有保安队伍管理经验，执行力及组织能力强，有高度责任感，服从管理。
