Job Purpose

Major Accountabilities

- Produce regular daily & weekly sales reports

- Update and monitor store KPIs on weekly basis and help build monthly KPI target

- Assist in building sales plan & OTB

- Assist in CRM customer analysis and produce monthly customer reports in a timely manner

- Help communicate regularly with store teams about the results and changes in store

- Update China retail Calenda with most updated information

- Assist in ad hoc analysis in sales and merchandising & CRM to upper managerment and store teams

Job Requirements

Preferred Education & Qualifications

Bachelor degree or above

Expected Experiences

At least 2 years in relevant experience and preferable in international fashion brands

Personal Competencies

1. Be positive, enthusiastic and willing to exert greatest effort to achieve results with a sense of urgency

2. Organized to handle multi-task efficiently and able to work under pressure

3. Promote and maintain an atmosphere of openness

4. Skillfully to hand change and conflict

5. Good command of both English and Chinese

6. Good communication skills

7. Proficient in MS Word, Excel, PowerPoint
