Responsibility:
As part of supply chain and under the authority of the manager, the mission of planner is to ensure a reliable supply for end users to meet customer satisfaction by also fully considering business sustainability. Planner will be expected to always focus on solution with respect of cost, efficiency, safety and compliance. He or she will also be in charge of integrating the whole community to realize the plan and solution for customer satisfaction. As the only contact window for customers and AL account teams, besides collaborating AL internal functions, he or she will take the responsibility to maintain this supply and proactively adjust planning methodology to align with customer and market change. In one word, as the most important function of supply chain, planner will work as like as the owner of the supply chain for the ESG needs which are under his or her assignment.
1. Manage customer forecast and actual need to optimize sourcing and stock
2. Convert customer need as most efficient & reliable supply plan
3. Enforce company policy, procedures and legal regulations for complete compliance to whatever customer or the initiation and implementation of ESG internal supply plan.
4. Offer logistic solution to support business development with full consideration of business case and operation targets.
5. Collaborate with customers regarding to asset management to ensure zero loss
6. Build up long-term relationship with customers to optimize the efficiency of communication for improving satisfaction

Requirement:
1. Bachelor degree or above
2. 5 - 8 years in Planning, Logistics Operation or Supply chain management
3. Working for chemical industry is a plus;
4. Logistics software: Oracle, SAP / ERP System
5. Custom Declaration

8. QCP & PCN
9. International trading knowledge
