Job Overall Purpose


1) Ensure the AB Agri China business compliance to China laws & regulations, ABF Corporate Red Book and Financial Control Framework
2) Policy or process reviews and update, to ensure no material findings
3) Identify the risk and follow for mitigation process


Key Responsibilities



1) Support the AB Agri China Financial control framework
a) Regularly review the BU control policies / procedures together with BU finance manager aligned to the ABF FCF, national law, etc.. and consolidate into AB Agri China’s controlling framework
b) Specify the control matrix / questionnaire to the plant financial / business operation procedure for self - check
c) Improve the controlling activity more implemented from manual to ERP system
d) Assess the efficiency / risk from financial control / operating to the business control / operation, and update the improvement plan
e) Prepare the control training to the plant finance team, as of new policies / procedures, and any other ad hoc value added training

2) Develop the control review and carry out spot audits
a) Regularly work with BU finance manager to review the self – checked control matrix / questionnaire to identify the control issue and report to CMT
b) Perform the monthly Balance sheet review with the standardized templates to BU manager on plant basis, report any finding to the CMT
c) Coordinate the internal / external audit performed in AB Agri China
d) Supervise the follow up of the audit points from internal audit / external auditor, and report to CMT of the evaluation result of RFT
e) Perform the spot audit / due diligence as to CMT’s decision
f) K’SAT review

3) Work with FD for the business process review
a) Understand the operation workflow / revenue model and reporting process, to review the control of business process, from procurement, plant operation to the sales
b) Evaluate the process efficiency / risk to discuss with BU finance managers, subject to the improvement plan and risk definition
c) Follow up all plan and update the process status

4) Tax & Legal compliance
a) Supervise the taxation process by monthly basis
b) Participate the legal process and follow up the financial impact
c) Manage the ABC training records
d) Publish the new tax & legal policies from both of ABF Group and China local authority



Qualifications and Experience


？ 10 years working experiences in financial reporting, planning and management in MNCs, audit experience is a must, Big 4 audit experience is an asset
？ Familiar with ERP systems, sense of risk management
？ Good spreadsheet and presentation skills are essential
？ Good communication skills in both Chinese and English
？ University graduate with Accounting Degree
？ Qualified CPA or with relevant Accounting Professional Certificates
