Commercial Banking (CMB)

HSBC Commercial Banking serves millions of small, medium-sized and middle-market enterprises, providing commercial customers with a full range of banking services including multi-currency business accounts, payments and cash management, wealth management and insurance, and global trade and receivables finance, as well as a comprehensive range of financing solutions. With dedicated Relationship Managers and Business Specialists providing local support and advice in over 60 countries and territories, HSBC helps customers make the most of opportunities for their businesses.

We are currently seeking an experienced professional role to join this team.

In this role, you will:

Provide assistance to director and head of business management team, CMB

1. Manage director's daily schedule

2. Assist department meetings: logistics, minutes.

3. Support director's e-mails: to-do item, urgent item, follow up action etc.

4. Arrange business travel itinerary

5. Receive internal & external guests.

6. Assist director in raising and reviewing claims and any ad hoc tasks assigned by the director.

7. Team ad hocs

Qualifications

To be successful in the role, you should meet the following requirements:

* Both good spoken English and written English

* University degree holder(recognized by the state)

* Professional experience is preferred

* Strong communication and interpersonal skills

* Ability to take responsibility and solve exceptional problems

* Working accuracy and efficiency
