Undergraduates with advanced technical, engineering or business degree (Master preferred)

本科以上有工程或技术背景(硕士优先)

Previous sourcing, manufacturing, quality, or engineering experience for at least 2 years

两年以上的采购，生产，质量或工程相关经验

Solid interpersonal/presentation/facilitation skills, especially in a cross functional and cross business environment

较好的人际协调沟通能力和跨部门协作能力

Ability to communicate globally (bi-lingual)

满足全球沟通的中英双语能力

Proven project management, analytical, and negotiation skills

出色的项目管理能力和分析谈判技巧

Proven leadership skills and strategic planning capability

具备领导技巧和战略规划能力

Solid computer skills (PowerPoint, Excel, Word)

熟练使用计算机办公软件

Proven ability to develop and execute long-term modality sourcing strategies

有能力制定和执行产品家族的长期采购战略

职责范围 (Job Responsibility) :

Drive to meet ICV target cost and generate VCP ideas for continuous cost productivity
推动实现产品的目标成本，并为持续成本降低提供思路

Drive NPI milestone sourcing deliverables and support NPI timely signoff

确保新产品开发过程中各个阶段采购任务的按时顺利实现

Understand corresponding product roadmaps and communicate with PF and SQ team

负责同采购类及供应商质量部门沟通所负责产品的发展战略

Support NPI and modality design change process control and implementation

支持并实施产品设计变更

Build programs Make/Buy/OEM/CM strategies

新项目的Make/Buy/OEM/CM战略制定

Implement sourcing initiatives e.g. Vitality, RoHs, Should be costing, etc.

执行采购部发起的新推动方向

Drive Supply Chain simplification (Localization) through NPIs

通过新项目推动供应链的简化(本地化)
