IBM GCG Techline Team is seeking a highly motivated technical support specialist, to provide POWER server pre-sales technical support. To work both individually and as part of a highly motivated team to support POWER Business Partner/sales/FTSS team tightly. Receiving request, process and communication is performed via the telephone as well as other electronically, such as /mail/portal/instance message. Responsible for IBM POWER product related configuration, benchmark and sizing support. Desired experience candidates must possess highly dedicated with strong communication skill, and be able to support IBM POWER related services. You will be interface with Sales, FTSS, IBM Business Partners, IBM Client. Must be with IBM POWER background, with highly study skills. Candidates must be with good English communicate skills.

Required

Bachelor's Degree

At least 6 months experience in IBM POWER product skill and Linux Admin skill
