Role Summary/Purpose

In this role, the Commercial Tools Adoption Leader will Lead SFDC P&L/function project implementation/UAT and go live. Drive SFDC MVP identification with Local front line/commercial operation and processing with Global team to implement and promote. Conduct regular SFDC training to advertise new and stress the existing functionality. Be Responsible for major and complex driving adoption assignments with long term ITO system implication.


Essential Responsibilities Ÿ

1.Lead and drive SFDC MVP identification with super user or ITO user committee, clearly delivery MVP requirement in Global functional call, Track and follow up in UAT and production.
Ÿ2.Collaborate with local IT on MVP User story draft, make a clear and precise business case delivered in Rally system for tracking and reference.
Ÿ3.Work together with Global COE and other regions to get maximum agreement on functionalities, input on behalf of China and extend the functionalities raised by other regions for China adoption.
Ÿ4.Partner with Global IT team to drive simplified and efficient design & build process in the region, executing on a predictable and repeatable Global Release build timeline
Ÿ5.Lead SFDC projects, drive PRM, HK/TW and other off-line function go live.
Ÿ6.Partner with, and ensure strong interlock processes with the Global Next Gen CPQ Program, to stay synced on evolving inquiry-to-order and quoting processes
Ÿ7.Engage different role layers, collect and identify different role layers’ further requirements which make the tools more efficient to serve business process and align with ITO simplification.
Ÿ8.Align with operation super users and reach out front line users to build up an ITO platform user committee, closely run with the committee to simplify SFDC.
Ÿ9.Own and conduct user training and system coach, tell “why” “what” and “How”, Own and update training material.
Ÿ10.In conjunction with internal users, IT helpdesk and BA team, serve as a proficient ligament between platform and commercial users.
Ÿ11.Spread the new released functionalities to oriented users with the alignment of Global release.
Ÿ12.Constantly seek, share, and implement best practices.


Qualifications/Requirements Ÿ

1.Minimum of 3-5 years fulltime progressional experience, with a proven track record of performance
Ÿ2.Minimum of 2-3 years exposure to commercial sales & marketing processes
Ÿ3.Proven experience in influencing, presentation, leading teams and driving change results orientation
Ÿ4.Demonstrated strong verbal and written communication skills with demonstrated facilitation experience
Ÿ5.Strong working knowledge of English language (written and oral)
Ÿ6.Experience in using enterprise-wide requirements definition and management systems and methodologies required.
Ÿ7.Strong analytical and critical thinking skills required, including a thorough understanding of how to interpret customer business needs and translate them into application and operational requirements.
Ÿ8.Technical aptitude to work with IT teams to resolve user case.
Ÿ9.Demonstrated organizational and time management skills
Ÿ10.Strong sense of urgency with a demonstrated record of meeting commitments
Ÿ11.Strongly compliance driven
Ÿ12.Bachelor degree from an accredited university or college
