Responsibilities
? Develop sourcing strategies for sourcing, ongoing supplier evaluation and management
? Lead contract and price negotiations for sourcing
? Maintain and implement commodity strategies, program management for cost reductions
? Responsible for implementation of Purchasing Control Police, working instructions and guidelines for users on how to deploy it
? Lead communication of each BU, with serve on your own initiative, guide a need and meet the demand.
? Continue drive process improvement.

Basic Qualifications
? Bachelor's Degree in Chemical or Medicinal Engineering, Procurement, Supply Chain Management.
? Minimum of 3-5 years experience in Sourcing, Operations, Supply Chain and/or Commercial background.
? Extra knowledge for method of chemical analysis(NMN,LCMS, etc.) is a plus
? Basic Understanding for chemical search engine, such as SCIFINDER/RXAXYS, CHEMDRAW, etc.
? Influence/communication - establishes good relationships; drives change across functional

Preferred Qualifications
? Master in Supply Chain Management, Business Administration
? Understanding the chemical synthesis is a plus.
? With compression powerful people, and own initiative driving force.
