职位描述

Department:IT SSC

Job Responsibility

1、 Analysis HR requirements and prepare project documentation for each project including but not limited to Project Charter, Business Requirements, Functional Specification, Test Plans (Unit/Integration), Project Schedule, Deployment and Package Documentation.
2、 Help to maintain, upgrade, and support existing or new applications.
3、 Facilitate / lead discussion about HR requirements with HR users/owners.
4、 Create and present proposals and requirements for new applications.
5、 Draft new applications mockup and provide for client, end user, and peer review.
6、 Implement new applications using appropriate application development technologies - Performs system testing and reviews. Provide business analysis and system development guidance to HR Dept.
7、 Respond appropriately to all requests for information by HR staff timely and/or escalate accordingly.

Job Requirements

1、 Bachelor degree or equivalent.
2、 Combined 4-5 years of HRIS business analysis experience.
3、 Fluent in English. Excellent oral and written, technical and non-technical communication and presentation skills required.
4、 Empirical and Analytical. Customer focused. Able to present and articulate business requirements and functional specifications clearly.
5、 Excellent interpersonal and communication skills.
6、 Be able to work well under pressure.
7、 Detail orientated.
