Roles:
The program manager is responsible for managing the entire project throughout the life time.
Reporting relationship:
This position reports to manager of program management.
Responsibilities:
1. Main point of contact for the customer (Not single point)
2. as customer representative to ensure that all customer requirements are addressed and be awareness by team.
3. Decision authority for the project.
4. Accountable / responsible to set goals / objectives, lead projects to achieve it.
5. Coordinates / supervise and is responsible for progress
6. Disseminates information
7. Manages project timing plan
8. Translates and allocates the business case into the project budget
9. Controls the cost / profitability (manages the business case)
10. Ensures quality objective are met
11. Controls scope (Visteon SOW)
12. Reviews and reports status
13. Raises issues / concerns and reaches resolution
14. Responsible for the CBG, finance and legal functional areas
15. Leads, mentors and motives the project team members
16. Leads VPDS project gate reviews
17. Establishes / monitors the risk management plan
18. Ensures accuracy of the VPDS master projects list
Authority:
1. Decision for the project budget
2. Defined project timing and target cost and target quality.
Qualifications:
1. College degree, technical background (EE engineering is perfect)
2. 3- 5 years job experience of related field (auto electronics is perfect)
3. Good management skill
4. Fluent in English (Japanese is preferred )

科技公司实行总经理负责制，下设三大产品研发体系及产品创新/平台体系。三大主导产品线包括音响娱乐系统（AI）、驾驶信息系统（DI）和中控电子模块（CSE）。特别是产品创新/平台的研发是我们核心技术的突破方向。公司组织涵盖软硬件开发设计部门、产品验证及测试部门，另设产品过程控制/工程服务部以及前期工程部门。目前公司有近500名工程师，包括电子、软件、结构等不同领域。
