Essential Responsibilities 

Act as a cross-functional coordinator to resolve customer issues & complaints arising from NPS interviews:
Coordinate all activities related to generating NPS scores and follow up on customer hot sheets.
Set up processes & database to collect local market and customer data and generate management reports
Optimize customer inquiry and compliant process so as to enhance customer satisfaction.

Dealer operation:
Coordinate dealer usage disclosure, application and approvals internally;
Provide ad-hoc policy training to dealers
Collect dealer inventory on monthly basis and report out.
Dealer performance monthly report out and communication with sales manager.
Other relative work requested by the direct manager.

Qualifications/Requirements

• Bachelor Degree, major in IT or related.
• 1~3+ years’ experience in Sales/Services and/or Operations roles
• Good English capability in both spoken and written
• Proficient at PC office software such as excel, word, PowerPoint etc.
• Ability to work within a matrix organizational environment
• 6-Sigma training experience highly preferred
• Effective time management and organizational skills; able to balance multiple priorities
